Terms of Use
These terms define the rules for using Labib's private, consent-based professional introduction service.
May 6, 20261. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Labib. By submitting information through the website, responding to a Labib call, or interacting with Labib by email or scheduling workflow, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not submit information or use Labib.
2. The Service
Labib is a private, consent-based professional introduction assistant. Labib may collect intake details, call you, summarize professional context, recommend possible introductions, request approval, coordinate scheduling, and support follow-up workflows.
Labib is not a public social network, public directory, job board, marketplace, CRM, financial advisor, legal advisor, recruiting agency, or guaranteed introduction service.
3. Eligibility and Accuracy
You should use Labib only for lawful professional purposes. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and professional information and for keeping your communication with Labib respectful and appropriate.
Do not submit information for another person unless you have authority to do so.
4. Consent-Based Introductions
Labib may recommend potential professional matches, but introductions require approval from the relevant parties. You can approve or decline any suggested introduction.
Do not treat a suggested match, call, email, or scheduling step as a guarantee that an introduction, meeting, investment, hire, partnership, sale, or opportunity will happen.
5. Appropriate Use
You may not use Labib to harass others, scrape or collect personal data, send spam, impersonate someone else, submit unlawful or misleading information, pressure people into introductions, or attempt to bypass consent workflows.
You may not probe, scan, attack, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with Labib systems or provider integrations.
6. AI and Human Review
Labib may use AI systems to transcribe calls, summarize context, extract professional persona details, classify replies, draft operational notes, and suggest possible matches.
AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Labib may use operator review and validation, but you remain responsible for evaluating any professional opportunity or introduction before acting on it.
7. Communications
By submitting your phone number or email address, you authorize Labib to contact you about your submission, discovery call, suggested introductions, scheduling, feedback, and related service updates.
You can ask Labib to stop non-essential outreach or unsubscribe from future match emails by contacting hello@trylabib.com.
8. Privacy
Labib's Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and delete information. By using Labib, you also agree to the practices described in that policy.
9. No Professional Advice
Labib may help identify relevant professional introductions, but it does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, employment, recruiting, or business advice.
You are responsible for your own diligence, decisions, agreements, and communications with any person introduced through Labib.
10. Availability and Changes
Labib may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update workflows, providers, data handling, or these terms as the product evolves.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any submitted request will result in a call or introduction.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labib is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or reputational harm arising from your use of the service.
Labib's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to use Labib in the three months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
